Marie R. Del Vecchio, 89, of Budd Lake passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2011. Marie was born on July 20, 1922 in Irvington, NJ. She was a retired bookkeeper for Country Manor Nursing Home in Toms River, NJ. Marie loved watching sports especially baseball, football, tennis and golf. She was also a member of the Mount Olive Senior Citizens.
Marie is survived by her son, James Del Vecchio and his wife Josephine; her daughter Janet Manney and her husband Joseph; her 4 grandchildren Jamie, Jessica, Joey, and Michael; and her great granddaughter Khloe.
A funeral mass will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at St. Jude's Church, 17 Mount Olive Road, Budd Lake, NJ. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by William J. Leber Funeral Home in Chester, NJ.
