Kyle James Mullen, 27, of Netcong, NJ passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017. Kyle was born on February 9, 1990 in Denville, NJ. He has lived in Netcong for the past 2 years and grew up in Byram, NJ and previously attended Lenape Valley Regional High School.
Kyle was an animal lover and his passion was helping animals at St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, NJ. He loved music and quading. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the NY Giants and NJ Devils. Most of all, Kyle enjoyed spending time with his son, Aiden.
Kyle is survived by his son, Aiden Mullen, his mother, Phyllis Konyak, his father, Ken Mullen, his sisters, Katie Miller and husband Sean, and Kristin Mullen, his grandfather, James Konyak, his nieces Amelia Miller, Peyton Sperling, and Paisley Ribeiro, and his beloved dog, Brandy. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ann Marie Konyak, and Kenneth and Joan Mullen.
A Celebration of Kyle's Life will include a visitation from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the William J Leber Funeral Home, 15 Furnace Road (Corner of Rt. 206), Chester, NJ. A 10am funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 7 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Stanhope, NJ.
