John J. Flanigan, Jr, 50, of Chester, NJ passed away at home on August 28, 2020. John was born on March 6, 1970 on Long Island, NY. John had a passion for his family, friends, and fishing. His true loves were his wife, Allyson, and his daughter, Olivia, who he absolutely adored. Olivia was his everything. He was an amazing father and it is was exemplified in the little things, like setting up her dolls in the bathroom to convince Olivia to do simple tasks, such as brushing her teeth every morning. To which her reply would be "silly daddy" every time she walks by the bathroom. John was a devoted husband and father, there are no other words to articulate the family bond he created.

John is survived by his wife, Allyson (Wall) Flanigan, his daughter, Olivia, his mother, Emily Flanigan, his father, Jack Flanigan and his wife Nancy, and his sister, Christine Flanigan.
