Obituary of Gloria Kelchner
Gloria L. Kelchner, 85, of Budd Lake. NJ passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her home. Gloria was born on November 13, 1933 in Perth Amboy, NJ to the late Meyer and Ethel (Stern) Sarlitt. She had been living in Budd Lake for over 36 years and was previously from Wharton, NJ. Gloria worked as a leasing consultant for the Village Green Apartments in Budd Lake for many years. She was a member of the Starlight Chapter. Most important, Gloria loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by her son Ronald Wistner and his longtime girlfriend Evelyn Stirn; her son-in-law David Moyer; her grandchildren, Kenneth Moyer, Michael Moyer and wife Stephanie, Melissa Aguilar and husband Marcelo; her great-grandchildren, Mia, Rowan, and Jack. She is also survived by her son Daniel Mewengkang; sister Judith Lindner and her husband Marty; as well as many other loving family members and friends. Gloria was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon S. Moyer (2014), her first husband Kenneth Wistner, her second husband Walter Kelchner, her brother Robert Edward Sarlitt (2013), and her companion Louis F. Isidori (2018).
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 4, 2018 from 4pm-8pm at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (908) 879-3090, 15 Furnace Rd. (corner of Rt. 206) Chester, NJ 07930. A Prayer Service will be offered on Wednesday December 5th at 10:00AM at the Funeral Home, followed by interment in the Beth Israel Memorial Park in Woodbridge, NJ.
