Words can not express how deeply heartbroken we are with Heather's passing. She was the most courageous, positive, upbeat person through all of her illness. She was a pleasure to be around and always having a smile on her face and her infectious smile will forever be on our minds. Heather dear .... you are one soul no one will ever forget. Love you with all of our heart.
