Obituary of George J. Lurker
George J. Lurker, 78, of Chester, NJ passed away on Jan. 20, 2009. He was born on Nov. 20, 1930 in East Hanover, NJ to the late Joseph G. Lurker and the late Edith nee Barker. He worked as an engineer for Suburban Propane in Whippany, NJ. He supported Palpets and was a past member of the Chester Business Association. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Betty) Lurker; children, Joseph G. Lurker and his wife Denise, Elizabeth (Cindy) Cunningham and her husband Bob, Cathy Standfast and her husband Terry, Kerry Wojciechowski and her husband Jack, Jennifer Lurker, and George J. Lurker, Jr.; His brother, Raymond Lurker, 7 Grandchildren, Scott Stengel, Dan and Nick Seck, Megan, Katie, and Erin Wojciechowski; 2 great grandchildren, Trey Stengel and Benjamin Seck, and one late grandchild, Hans Seck.
